
Greg A. Larioni is the Vice President of Programs at Lockheed Martin within Enterprise Operations. In this role, Mr. Larioni owns the Program Management, Control Account Management (CAM) and Planning functions for Lockheed Martin. He is responsible for program performance and business transformation including implementation of 1LMX Program Management Portfolio across the Lockheed Martin Corporation. This position allows for coordination across all Business Areas allowing for common tools, processes and best practice implementation. Prior to this role he was Chief Operating Officer of Sikorsky, a Lockheed Martin Company inside Rotary Mission Systems (RMS). In this role he was responsible for the daily operations of the company. Sikorsky, a $7B company delivering helicopter platforms to all the branches of the US Government and International Customers with 13,000 employees, and locations in Stratford, Connecticut; West Palm Beach, Florida; Owego, NY; Troy, Alabama; Dallas, Texas; Mielec, Poland; and Norwa, Australia. Mr. Larioni joined Lockheed Martin (formerly General Electric) in Syracuse, NY, in 1989. He held various engineering roles including software engineer, integrated product lead, software program manager, and integration & test lead. He continued to increase responsibilities leading to program director roles within software engineering in Maritime Safety, Security and Surveillance Systems and ground-based and airborne radar programs. He was appointed Vice President, Ground-Based Air Surveillance and Air & Missile Defense Radar in 2006 and later served as Vice President of Radar Sensor Systems and General Manager for Lockheed Martin’s Syracuse, NY, site. Mr. Larioni also served as Vice President, General Manager and Deputy for Lockheed Martin’s Integrated Warfare Sensor Systems (IWSS) line of business in RMS where he focused on flawless program execution for the ~$5B dollar business. In addition to these roles, Mr. Larioni served on the Board of Directors for METSTAR Joint Venture in Beijing, China, and on the Technical Advisory Board for Lockheed Martin Software Productivity Consortium in Reston, VA. He currently serves on the Central New York Regional Economic Development Council and the MEADS International Board of Directors. Mr. Larioni received a bachelor’s degree in computer science from the University of Scranton and a master’s degree in Information Systems from George Mason University. He also completed the Harvard Advanced Managerial Development Program at Harvard Business School.
