As the founder of Kleos Advisory Africa, she supports entrepreneurs navigating institutional challenges, helping them build sustainable businesses in emerging markets. Her work sits at the intersection of institutional entrepreneurship, fintech, and business transformation—examining how firms innovate and thrive in complex environments. She is currently authoring a book with Palgrave Macmillan, exploring how African fintech firms overcome institutional voids to drive financial inclusion and economic resilience. With a background in change management and digital transformation, Dr. Enyinnaya has worked with Accenture and Ernst & Young, leading large-scale technology implementations for global organizations. She is also a Harvard Business Review contributor, an international speaker, and a faculty member at Pan-Atlantic University, where she educates future business leaders.
