Dr. Glory Enyinnaya is a scholar, consultant, and entrepreneur dedicated to shaping Africa’s business and technology landscape. As the founder of Kleos Advisory Africa, she supports entrepreneurs navigating institutional challenges, helping them build sustainable businesses in emerging markets.
Her work sits at the intersection of institutional entrepreneurship, fintech, and business transformation—examining how firms innovate and thrive in complex environments. She is currently authoring a book with Palgrave Macmillan, exploring how African fintech firms overcome institutional voids to drive financial inclusion and economic resilience.
With a background in change management and digital transformation, Dr. Enyinnaya has worked with Accenture and Ernst & Young, leading large-scale technology implementations for global organizations. She is also a Harvard Business Review contributor, an international speaker, and a faculty member at Pan-Atlantic University, where she educates future business leaders.

She holds a PhD in Management, an MBA, and a First-Class Honours degree in Accounting—graduating as valedictorian for all three. A lifelong learner, she has taken executive courses at Stanford, MIT, and Wharton to deepen her expertise in emerging market innovation.

As a developer, I bring a friendly vibe to the table, along with a lively spirit and a knack for thinking on my feet. I'm all about diving into projects with enthusiasm and approaching challenges with a mix of creativity and analytical thinking. I have 7 years of experience in the industry, working with various clients and organizations across different domains and sectors.
Most recently, I worked as a Full-stack Developer (Web3) at ForeFront DAO, my primary focus was on Terminal(https://www.terminal.co), our flagship product, which serves as a comprehensive dashboard providing insights into the operational health and performance of over 50 Decentralized Autonomous Organizations (DAOs) in the Web3 ecosystem.
I played a key role in integrating various on-chain Ethereum datasets using BigQuery and third-party APIs to generate valuable metrics. To optimize response time, I employed strategies such as caching, database query tuning, and efficient data indexing. Additionally, I managed job scheduling to ensure timely data updates. I was responsible for implementing complex UI components and reusable visualization elements, enhancing user experience and data presentation.

Previously, I was involved in the modernization of Computicket, Shop-rite's ticketing platform and the leading e-distributor of ticketing services in South Africa. This transition involved migrating to a contemporary architecture utilizing technologies such as NextJS, Apollo GraphQL, Prisma, Docker, Kubernetes, Kafka, AWS Lambda, AWS SNS, Amazon S3, Redis, and ELK Stack.
Throughout my career, I have demonstrated a strong ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, communicating complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.
