I'm a communication and marketing professional who helps companies to solve business problems in a complex world through communication and stakeholders engagement strategies. I'm a firm believer in a data-driven – with earned ideas at the core approach, to have an impact among key audiences. I’m a strategic and creative thinker who works to enhance and protects a brand, company, or organization's reputation. With extensive experience in strategic communication, my analytical mindset allows me to integrate and align all the communication activities of a brand, company, or entity. I try to improve constantly my leadership skills and ability to excite, manage, align, develop and inspire teams. I also have experience in the area of management of cultural and social projects as an interim manager. I developed and launched the Paco de Lucía Foundation along with the family of the famous Spanish Guitarist. It is a cultural project to spread the genius's artistic and human legacy and continue expanding flamenco's boundaries through the paths he drew. Currently, I continue collaborating with them as a volunteer. I count on more than 30 years of experience in marketing, corporate and brand communication, reputation management, public affairs, crisis management, and prevention; internal and external communication. Results-oriented, I also have experience in budget management under efficiency and resource optimization standards. I am curious, innovative, and flexible, and with the capacity to adapt to changes. I apply common sense and prudence, and I practice and appreciate the ability to listen and values such as honesty, transparency, humility, and vocation of service. Through my professional trajectory, I have worked with more than 80 brands of sectors as diverse as food and beverage, healthcare, retail, technology, leisure, sports, mass media, design, banking, automobile, and tourism.
