From concept to execution, I am a hands-on creative director who loves to inspire teams to greatness. Whether it's branded content, digital experiences or social campaigns that drive fans wild, I have the experience to back it up. I’m equally comfortable presenting in a boardroom as I am in the trenches with my team creating award-winning, groundbreaking campaigns for clients like Apple, Ford, T-Mobile, Smirnoff, Captain Morgan, Burger King, HBO, Best Buy, Weight Watchers, Gatorade, Nickelodeon, Rimmel London, Aflac and many more.
Some of my specialties: Creative direction, content creation & storytelling, creative & content strategy, social media marketing, marketing, graphic design, digital design, interaction design, UX, mobile design, branding, animation, illustration and photography
💪 WHAT I BRING TO THE TABLE:
I’m an award-winning B2C/B2B digital communications and integrated marketing professional with 11+ years of growth running social media and editorial content strategy and programming for Fortune 500 brands, well-known public companies, and startups gaining super-sized attention. I bring strong people skills and a results-driven approach to teams driving change in their industry.
⭐ HOW I STAND OUT AT THE TABLE:
I believe successes and failures are channels to learn through and provide opportunities for growth. I bring a diversity of experience across B2C and B2B brands at every stage of maturity. I know the challenges of managing large budgets and the joys of leading a scrappy campaign that blows everyone’s expectations out of the water (driving killer conversion metrics and winning awards). I’ve built marketing strategies for brands that are just getting to know their customer. I’ve had the pleasure of rolling up my sleeves to engage with customers, fans, and detractors directly, analyze their feedback, and provide strategic recommendations based on these interactions. As a leader, I light up when coaching my team. I build trust first because trust can’t be assumed, it must be earned. I feel the same about brand trust. Talking about your greatness as a brand won’t build a community of advocates. You must be articulate about your HOW, WHO, and WHY.
👋 HOW I RELATE TO OTHERS AT THE TABLE:
I trust my partners, my team, and my coworkers to bring their best every day - just as I do. I’m adaptable to different work styles but I know how to set my own boundaries. I’m a born listener but I’ve learned the value in speaking up when something feels off. I’m empathetic and intuitive. I lead with compassion.
🤝 HOW I MAKE SURE MORE PEOPLE GET A SEAT AT THE TABLE:
I use my voice and my position to bring opportunities to those who might be overlooked. This can mean advocating for someone who isn’t in the room but should be. It can also mean stepping back so others who deserve an opportunity can take a position I might have previously filled so more diverse voices can be heard.

I've been fortunate to work on numerous Global and North American award-winning marketing campaigns for consumer, consumer-health, technology, retail and lifestyle brands. Currently, I'm a Senior Vice President at The Harris Agency (THA) where I focus on a mix of corporate and consumer brands, mainly Verizon Business, Consumer and Value brands.
Before joining THA, I oversaw several communication initiatives for Target; specifically launching 7 Target-owned brands, including Hearth & Hand with Magnolia (i.e., Chip and Joanna Gaines) being the most successful in-house product launch to date. The success of this and other launches (e.g., Project 62, Made By Design, Opal House and Heyday) maintained Target's YOY retail growth strategy surpassing industry expectations.
My portfolio of clients has included HP, P&G, AbbVie, Pfizer, Danone, Pepsi, Johnson & Johnson, Kraft and 3M to name a few.
I proudly serves on the board of Jennifer Muller/The Works, a New York-based contemporary dance company.
