I am a seasoned digital marketing professional who has worked at top tech and social media companies. I currently freelance performance marketing work and consult on digital marketing strategy and execution for performance and brand objectives. I also have experience in project management, sales operations, and compensation. At Google, I conceived, pitched, and project-managed a sales incentives and campaign economics overhaul estimated to have a $1b+ marginal revenue contribution to Google. At Google, I consulted, built campaigns for, and/or taught 1000+ SMBs and rapid-growth startups to execute Google Ads to drive sustainable growth. The sales operations project I spearheaded reduced customer churn and increased LTV across the Google Marketing Solutions business unit, which was its second largest and serviced Google's Mid-Market, Agency, SMB, New Business, Mobile Apps, and Accelerated Growth Teams. I then joined the Partnerships team at Pinterest, where I worked exclusively with top consumer brands. I consulted partners and agencies and executed brand and performance marketing campaigns with over $100k/month in platform-specific advertising budgets. I helped develop and refine processes to scale the Mid Market New Business team to become an important growth engine for Pinterest. My team's success in driving sustainable partnerships helped Pinterest outperform IPO expectations in 2019.
