Originally from the Netherlands, I relocated to Los Angeles in 2002 and most recently to the central coast of California. This has allowed me to bring a global perspective to my leadership. Throughout my career, I've honed my expertise in team leadership, advertising, digital marketing, experiential marketing, business development, product development, experience design, strategy, and account management. Most recently my focused has shifted to business advisory and executive coaching, which has been a fulfilling transition. The common thread is my passion and focus on building high performing teams—finding ways to optimize company and team performance, enhance profitability and scale effectively, always trying to do more with less and staying relevant, happy and focused in charging times. On most weekends you can find me exploring the central coast of California with my wife and daughter or hiking the local trails of beautiful Santa Ynez Valley with Cooper, my golden retriever.
