Senior Product Development Engineer

A self motivated product engineer with over 9 years of flash memory experience in new product development and product engineering. -Specialize in flash memory product engineering, characterization, yield improvement, failure analysis, cost reduction, and test program management. - Interface with cross functional teams such as design, technology, test engineering, and fab pe to qualify and ramp new flash products to production. -Perform and coordinate qualifications for new product introduction and manufacturing process changes. -Characterize, debug, and conduct failure analysis to find root causes and recommend corrective actions. -Develop test methodologies and test programs that will be used in production. -Strong leadership and problem solving skills with a passion for learning new technologies.
