My technical experience is pretty split between frontend and backend development, but I generally have more opinions about backend architecture. I've participated on teams of various sizes in various roles, from a 2-person tiger team to tech lead for 4 other developers to an 8-person super-team. Good communication has been the make-or-break for every team I've been on so I dedicate myself to making sure team members are heard and everyone's in sync.
