I have been working in Business Operations and Analytics for over 10 years. In my most recent position as a Business Intelligence Manager, I worked with executive stakeholders to develop KPIs and supporting metrics which were then delivered through interactive dashboards serving several different business units, including marketing, newsroom operations, corporate intelligence, and subscription services. My greatest accomplishment was growing a small family-owned business from $1M in annual revenue to $12M in under 5 years by utilizing my experience in data analysis, business development, operations management, and employee training. I thrive in a team environment where ideas can be formed and molded by leveraging the experience of the group and building MVP models to minimize the effort required to validate concepts. I am proficient in SQL and Python and continue to improve my skillsets through continued education and reading. I have been working in an AGILE scrum environment for the last 5 years. My software experience includes PowerBI, Looker, DataStudio, Excel (w/ power query), Google Sheets, Google BigQuery and GCP, Redshift, AWS, Jira, Jupyter, PowerPoint, Github, Bitbucket, Heap, and many more.
