I have been working in Business Operations and Analytics for over 10 years. In my most recent position as a Business Intelligence Manager, I worked with executive stakeholders to develop KPIs and supporting metrics which were then delivered through interactive dashboards serving several different business units, including marketing, newsroom operations, corporate intelligence, and subscription services.
