I'm a passionate full round HR professional with focus on systems, payroll and operations helping to establish HR strategy and define priorities to streamline processes to improve efficiency in any part of HR. As an HR professional, I have had the opportunity to accumulate expertise in many areas of the Human Resources. The first years of my career were built in the Oil and Gas industry throughout different HR departments. Afterwards I have assumed managerial positions applying the practices learnt towards increasing efficiency and improving processes. I have worked with Transactions and Data Maintenance, HRIS, payroll projects, processes and systems and as a HRBP, giving me a solid base to progress along the Human Resources career. The majority of my work experience have been in international assignments, exposing me to different work and life perspectives, adding up to my personal and professional development. I am mostly proud of my achievements in all of the positions I have done, adding substantial value to the HR function not only to the human but also to the business factor.
