I’m a "seasoned" campaigner, and executive leader who is passionate about making positive change a reality and helping communities and individuals find their power. The work I have done ranges from scaling a global grants platform, directing multi-million dollar engagement programs, to helping a decentralized organization design governance that actually works. I’ve spent my career challenging what’s broken and building better infrastructure. I have been called a "platform whisperer" because I go deep on integrating community feedback into UX upgrades. I have directed teams of 15+ and managed budgets of $10M+ across climate, governance, and tech organizations. I have also worked with grassroots campaigns with hundreds of volunteers. In all of my work I strongly believing in leading with empathy, grounding it in ecology, and building as if people mattered. I'm proud to have designed participatory systems that gave thousands of people, from residents to DAO members, a meaningful voice in decision-making. I have represented organizations in boardrooms, government chambers, community halls, and global partnerships, balancing grassroots accountability with institutional authenticity. I believe privacy and control of your data is not a barrier to participation, it is the foundation for it. Every team or system I have helped shape starts with the same question: who is being excluded, and how do we bring them in? And just as importantly: how can we make this work more effective and more fun at the same time? We are living through challenging times, lets rise to the occasion together.
