I’m a "seasoned" campaigner, and executive leader who is passionate about making positive change a reality and helping communities and individuals find their power. The work I have done ranges from scaling a global grants platform, directing multi-million dollar engagement programs, to helping a decentralized organization design governance that actually works. I’ve spent my career challenging what’s broken and building better infrastructure. I have been called a "platform whisperer" because I go deep on integrating community feedback into UX upgrades. I have directed teams of 15+ and managed budgets of $10M+ across climate, governance, and tech organizations. I have also worked with grassroots campaigns with hundreds of volunteers. In all of my work I strongly believing in leading with empathy, grounding it in ecology, and building as if people mattered. I'm proud to have designed participatory systems that gave thousands of people, from residents to DAO members, a meaningful voice in decision-making. I have represented organizations in boardrooms, government chambers, community halls, and global partnerships, balancing grassroots accountability with institutional authenticity. I believe privacy and control of your data is not a barrier to participation, it is the foundation for it. Every team or system I have helped shape starts with the same question: who is being excluded, and how do we bring them in? And just as importantly: how can we make this work more effective and more fun at the same time? We are living through challenging times, lets rise to the occasion together.

I am an experienced intercultural communicator, educator and youth engager. I am an immigration advisor, an environmental activist, and an occasional politician. I am an engaged citizen and determined optimist. Over the past 10 years, I have traveled to more than 40 countries and lived all across Canada -- gaining many new skills, new perspectives, new languages, and new friends along the way. Over the next 10 years, I hope to use those same assets to welcome people from just as many countries, to my home-base in Atlantic Canada.

Senior technical adviser and project manager with close to fifteen years' experience working in international contexts in East, West and Southern Africa, South-East Asia, the Pacific, and Caribbean. Proven expertise in women’s economic empowerment (WEE) and gender sensitivity/inclusion, value chain/pro-poor market systems development and analysis, program design and management; policy analysis, training and facilitation. Experienced advisor within the impact investment space focusing on ESG (particularly gender) and impact. Strong research, writing and organizational skills as well as business development expertise. Exceptional cross-cultural understanding and communication skills with ability to earn the trust and engage with a variety of stakeholders including internal and external, public and private sector actors, as well as female and male community members. Excellent workshop and training facilitator both in person and online.

I am a pragmatic idealist inspired by bridging new visions into tangible, grounded, and lasting expressions that address the root causes of suffering and disconnection. To me, the integration of psychedelic journeys into daily life represents one of the most direct and transformational bridges to a better world. I bring a unique blend of skills and experiences that make me as comfortable in high-level strategy or in the weeds of execution. The archetypes of the eagle and wolf apply perfectly. Over 23 years I have been involved in the entire spectrum of product development, brand creation, technology, communications, marketing, engagement, and strategy design. I've done all of those myself and have also had the chance to lead teams of experienced strategists, thinkers, designers, software developers, writers, film directors, and everything else in between. This breadth of experience makes me an effective leader that can speak the language and understand the needs of each area and how to empower everyone involved in a project to bring their best selves into it. My core strengths are in creating and nurturing vision, strategy, design, culture, and impactful teams that are heart-led and purpose-driven towards meaningful social change. I do my best to follow evolutionary purpose leadership that break silos and engage all parts of an organization from a deeply thoughtful, intentional, and grounded approach that mixes pragmatism with soulful vision.
