Frank is the cofounder and builder of Open Biobank. Biobank is the most critical infrastructure for the welfare of both human being and animals. But in current centralized biobank(eg, UK BIOBANK(500,000 people)) scenario, individual can not own the data, vote for the data usage, and get the benefit from data.  We propose Open Biobank —Omics-sequencing based decentralized bio data infrastructure and protocol. We are dedicated to serving a more diverse population, addressing the existing racial bias in UK Biobank samples. Ensuring that omics data remains open and accessible while protecting user privacy, unaffected by geopolitical factors. Upholding the spirit of web3 - of the people, by the people, for the people. Open Biobank will build the largest Open Biobank (1 million omics node, 10 million people's health data) for all creatures .
