Over the past 2 decades I've worked across numerous facets of the advertising ecosystem: media strategy, ad monetization, advertising technology, data, and entrepreneurship. In that time, I’ve had the privilege to work with and learn from great leaders, build multi-functional teams, work on first-to-market projects, conceptualize and launch innovative solutions, develop technology partnerships, and travel the world to boot. In 2020 I completed a Masters in Analytics (MMA) through the Smith School of Business at Queen’s. The following year I rejoined Bell Media as part of the Advanced Advertising Products team. In my current role, I oversee advancements in addressable television, digital audio, and ad innovation, as well as go-to-market activities across all advanced advertising products. I believe that it is imperative for senior decision makers to lead from a place of technical literacy, particularly in marketing, where there is a growing expectation for personalization using consumer data, optimization of media investments, and validation of performance with tangible results.
