People, process and tech discovery, needs, planning and implementation. In particular, operational activities almost always involve capitally efficient growth. The vehicles for this growth revolve around properly identifying best-fit customers (ICP) and associated the problem solutions. Execution results in sustainable growth & expansion, and improved retention rates. Full stack GTM capabilities, but focused on reducing strategy to practice through thoughtful and effective: product marketing & positioning, demand generation, and revenue operations. I believe in leading by example, and will not begin to execute on any initiatives unless we can collectively see how we will get a project over the finish line, and can manage it to a committed timeline.
