Andrew started his career at Leopard Capital in Thailand and Cambodia, working across Leopard's diverse manufacturing and industrial portfolio before being seconded to turn around their largest investment, Kingdom Breweries in Cambodia. After successfully turning Kingdom around, he decided to apply the same rigor and structure to growth versus turnaround work. He joined Nova Founders Capital and helped raise their first $50M fund. Post investment, he worked with their anchor investor Pacific Century Group to build a direct insurance business and factoring business. Today, PCG has 2 multi-billion dollar direct insurance businesses. Halfway into his tenure at Nova Founders, he was seconded to Money Hero Group (Ticker: MNY). He founded and built Indonesia, Singapore, and Malaysia before raising their $40M round led by Goldman, thus beginning a specialization in international expansion and growth. Subsequently, Andrew led Gojek’s international expansion founding Vietnam, Thailand, and Singapore before forming Gojek’s regional Enterprise sales team which works across all 28 products to help multinationals and conglomerates get the best of the Gojek ecosystem. He was then recruited by the global head of venture capital and start-ups at Cooley to found the Southeast and South Asia Practice. After 1 year, he was promoted to run all business development, strategy, and GTM for all markets outside the US and Europe, managing relationships with over 300 funds globally. While launching Latam he met the Marathon team. Interested in Public Equities, Cooking, Anthropology, and anything outdoors especially snowsports.
