I put my heart and mind at the service of technology advancement. During my experience at Ledger as Head of Corporate Strategy, I have helped the company and its Executive Committee members by leading several key initiatives incl. amongst others the definition of its objectives, the review of select customer journeys, and the unlocking of key competitive/market insights. Prior to my experience at Ledger, I worked at Paypal, helping leadership define their product, marketing and sales priorities, with focus on crypto & digital assets. Before Paypal, at as core member of the Digital Practice at Boston Consulting Group, I was actively involved in Agile Transformations. As part of my consulting experience, I have worked with organizations in financial services, industrial goods, telecommunications and public sector both in Europe and Asia. As part of my work, I have helped a number of organizations to adopt Agile methodologies and change the way they operate. Before BCG, I worked for 6 years in the Energy industry with roles in Operations, Finance and Corporate Strategy. I have also worked as an R&D engineer at the beginning of my career. My background is in telecommunication engineering and I have an MBA from Insead. I am also an executive coach, and I attended various certifying coaching courses. I speak fluently 4 languages and have lived in 5 countries across Europe and Asia. I am proud father and husband.
