Alex Kaplan is the Head of Coffee Product at Cometeer Inc, a revolutionary frozen coffee startup. Before Cometeer, Alex graduated from Princeton in 2021 studying Physics and Sustainable Energy at. He has an unending passion for coffee and entrepreneurship as vectors to change the world. Through his first coffee venture at 16 selling roasted coffee subscriptions to parents at his high school, he has since expanded his work to become a rising coffee entrepreneur. As one of the world's youngest certified Q Graders, he started the Princeton Coffee Club – a student-run, specialty coffee shop at Princeton University. In his studies, Alex has pursued a focus on sustainable energy from the perspective of fundamental physics, including research in charge transfer of organic solar cells and laser photocatalysis for methane pyrolysis. Outside of coffee and physics, Alex was the captain of his ultimate frisbee team and a campus tour guide.
