I've served as a member of (SSPA) Service & Support Professionals Association Award winning Support Teams. In the last 16 years I’ve played a key role in major project implementations, such as the Y2K testing project, and the health insurance portability and accountability act (HIPAA). I have demonstrated success in providing intuitive application and testing support for these projects, as well as, providing internal and external clients with various levels of e-business application support. In addition, I have experience as a QA Engineer and I’m familiar with the SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) I am proficient in all aspects of QA methods such as Regression, Functional, Unit, White Box, Black box, User acceptance, and Alpha testing. My Goal: I'd like to eventually start my own IT consulting firm with an emphasis on customer service training, software support methods, and quality assurance assessments.
