I'm an experienced IT professional with over 16 years of experience in SAAS (Software as a Service) Technical Support and Quality Assurance. I've served as a member of (SSPA) Service & Support Professionals Association Award winning Support Teams.
In the last 16 years I’ve played a key role in major project implementations, such as the Y2K testing project, and the health insurance portability and accountability act (HIPAA). I have demonstrated success in providing intuitive application and testing support for these projects, as well as, providing internal and external clients with various levels of e-business application support. In addition, I have experience as a QA Engineer and I’m familiar with the SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) I am proficient in all aspects of QA methods such as Regression, Functional, Unit, White Box, Black box, User acceptance, and Alpha testing.
My Goal: I'd like to eventually start my own IT consulting firm with an emphasis on customer service training, software support methods, and quality assurance assessments.
Specialties: My expertise includes technical account management, as well as strong web based help desk support for large scale Enterprise applications. I am also proficient in EDI (electronic data interchange) as well as content management software. Furthermore, in my career thus far I’ve proven the ability to successfully exceed the expectations of management, as well as their customer base. I possess a solid, documented track record for achieving high levels of success. I'm also experienced with working for US Federal government programs/projects. Work interactively with multiple teams to optimize performance, reliability, scalability and stability of Microsoft's, large-scaled, Internet-based applications.
