Hi there! I'm Akshita, a Senior Product Manager with a multidisciplinary background in technical product management, data science, and UI/UX design. My expertise spans agile development, product vision & strategy, stakeholder alignment, roadmapping & prioritization, competitive analysis, cross-functional collaboration & leadership, GTM approaches, product lifecycles, documentation generation, data analysis, and client communication & feedback. My academic experience includes a Masters in Data Science from UC Berkeley and a B.S. in Computational Cognitive Science from UC Davis. I've been recognized with the University of California VOICE Grant, UC Davis Silver Community Service Award, Contrary Research Fellowship, On Deck Fellowship, and VC University Scholarship. I was interviewed by the Chancellor and featured on Amazon Prime to share my student-founder story. I'm the founder of The REVIVAL Zine (therevivalzine.com), an original self-started women empowerment publication with 5 college chapters, a readership of >100,000, >100 published articles, 20 person HQ team that I recruited/led, and a >100 person community. In my free time, I've published 2 books as well as >15 articles via various journalist media outlets over the years, and spoken at multiple mental health and women in business conferences.
