I currently lead ZEOS Returns at Zalando, transforming the multi-million product into a billion-dollar ecosystem by reimagining how e-commerce merchants handle the trade-off between customer experience and reverse logistics at scale. In the past, I’ve shipped several high-impact products and also co-founded and built a 0→1 product from scratch. My approach combines structured thinking, creative experimentation, and an unwavering belief that with the right tools, context, and direction—any team can outperform. Lately, I’ve shifted my focus toward the next frontier: AI-first systems.
