I currently lead ZEOS Returns at Zalando, transforming the multi-million product into a billion-dollar ecosystem by reimagining how e-commerce merchants handle the trade-off between customer experience and reverse logistics at scale. In the past, I’ve shipped several high-impact products and also co-founded and built a 0→1 product from scratch. My approach combines structured thinking, creative experimentation, and an unwavering belief that with the right tools, context, and direction—any team can outperform.
Lately, I’ve shifted my focus toward the next frontier: AI-first systems. I believe we’re entering a new era where product management is less about orchestrating and more about engineering leverage - through intelligent workflows, agentic tools, and automation that scales human decision-making.
I'm particularly interested in:

-> Building platforms that unlock autonomy, adaptation, and scale—without adding more people
My experience spans diverse domains—fintech, marketplaces, logistics, SaaS—and includes product & growth strategy, automation, machine learning, user research, stakeholder management, and hands-on development with Java, SQL, REST APIs, and front-end tech.
