Aaron is the founder and CEO of Vestwell, an enterprise fintech platform that transforms access to the new savings economy in and out of the workplace. Our mission is to close the $50 trillion savings gap for the most critical needs of life—retirement, healthcare, disabilities, and education—healing the economic cracks from the ground up. Vestwell’s cloud-native digital platform provides the underlying architecture to power employers and individuals through our financial institutions, HCM/payroll companies, and government-led savings program partners. Currently, Vestwell powers approximately 350K businesses, 1.5M savers, and $35B of assets on the platform. Aaron holds a B.S. in finance from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign, Gies College of Business, and an M.B.A. degree from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business. He has been honored with numerous awards, including New York's Tech Visionary Award, InvestmentNews’ 40 Under 40, and Entrepreneur of the Year by EY for New York in 2024.
