Aaron is the founder and CEO of Vestwell, an enterprise fintech platform that transforms access to the new savings economy in and out of the workplace. Our mission is to close the $50 trillion savings gap for the most critical needs of life—retirement, healthcare, disabilities, and education—healing the economic cracks from the ground up.
Vestwell’s cloud-native digital platform provides the underlying architecture to power employers and individuals through our financial institutions, HCM/payroll companies, and government-led savings program partners. Currently, Vestwell powers approximately 350K businesses, 1.5M savers, and $35B of assets on the platform.
Aaron holds a B.S. in finance from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign, Gies College of Business, and an M.B.A. degree from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business. He has been honored with numerous awards, including New York's Tech Visionary Award, InvestmentNews’ 40 Under 40, and Entrepreneur of the Year by EY for New York in 2024. 
Product Leader with 12+ years of experience across product management, product strategy, monetization strategy, partnership strategy, product operations, strategy consulting, asset management, finance, and all things analytics. Extensive experience advising and working with executive leadership and board of directors to define long-term business strategy.
I am currently Head of Product at Mento Labs - the leading local stablecoin platform. Previously, I led Growth and Payments products at Circle and held product roles at Google across Android, Play, Chrome, and Payments.
In my life before product, I was a Senior Consultant with Monitor Deloitte advising a broad range of enterprise executives across: M&A strategy, product development, global sales strategy, technology transformation, operating model design, competitive benchmarking, cost optimization, incentive alignment, succession planning and long-term strategic planning. I began my career with Pacific Alternative Asset Management Company (PAAMCO), a 30B+ AUM Hedge Fund of Funds and liquid alternative solutions provider, in portfolio and risk management.
I hold an MBA from Duke University's Fuqua School of Business with concentrations in Strategy and Finance with a certificate in Management Science & Technology Management (MSTeM) and BS/BA from University of California, Davis with dual degrees in Statistics and Managerial Economics.
