As the face of Apiture's customer support, my mission is to provide unparalleled service for digital banking users. My daily responsibilities include troubleshooting a range of issues from login difficulties to ACH and Zelle payment inquiries, ensuring a seamless experience for each customer. My role requires a deep understanding of various fintech platforms, including Salesforce and 8x8, which has become a cornerstone of my professional skill set. Parallel to my role at Apiture, I spearhead ali & bird Jewelry's e-commerce presence, utilizing social media and Shopify to design and market our unique jewelry pieces. This dual expertise in tech support and e-commerce allows me to blend problem-solving with creativity and has proved invaluable in building enduring customer relationships.
