I am a product manager driven to empower people to improve their financial lives. I focus on the "why" behind their pains and needs and leverage technology and design to deliver solutions that not only advance the business but also - and more importantly - help people. These motivations underpin my work across geographies and companies - from equipping Jordanians to manage their loans with a small, Middle Eastern microfinance bank to enabling Colombians to control their finances with Latin America's largest digital bank.
I concentrate on core products and features, with experience in AI and platform work. My remits have included credit, lending, payments, collections and customer service, collaborating with accounting, analytics, compliance, customer service, data science, design, engineering, law, marketing, operations and risk. My work has impacted key outcomes, such as approval, spend, balance, revenue, default and NPS.
I worked as a professional stage actor in a previous life, performing in leading American theaters. I enjoy reading, running and theater.
Career highlights:
- Build and scale payments, credit and collections for Nubank in Colombia from 0 to 1m users
- Piloted SMB product, deployed across Europe and Latin America, for FMCG multinational
- Designed first lending product for microfinance in Arab world 
Experienced product leader with a background in web3.
Currently learning, testing new ideas and exploring how AI-native products can help people better track and understand their health data. I also advise early-stage startups and angel invest in teams building in web3, health tech, decentralized science, and climate tech.
Not too long ago I led Product and GTM teams at 0x Labs, helping launch and scale developer tools for web3 builders and enterprise teams like Coinbase and Robinhood. Before that, I was the first PM at Bitso, focused on cross-border remittance products that moved millions of dollars to families in Mexico.
