As an accomplished Account Manager and Business Development professional, I specialize in aligning top-tier talent with leading organizations across diverse industries, including Technology, Healthcare, Manufacturing, CPG, Life Sciences, Aerospace, etc. With a strategic and consultative approach, I excel in building relationships with senior leaders, delivering impactful solutions, and driving growth in rapidly evolving markets.
Previously, I served as a Business Development Associate with TLC Capital Partners, an international consulting and growth capital firm. In this role, I spearheaded business development efforts, resulting in partnerships with pioneering startups across the US and EU markets. I aligned innovative business models with capital source, including private equity, venture capital, family offices, and government grants. This role allowed me to build a growth-oriented book of business and facilitate cross-border market entry and expansion for start-up and early-stage companies across various sectors (HealthTech, Fintech, SaaS, ESG, Industrial Services, etc.)
My background in business development and international business has equipped me with a unique perspective on talent acquisition. As a former NCAA Division I All-American water polo player and ocean lifeguard, I carry the discipline, resilience, and teamwork learned in the water into every aspect of my life and career.
