With over 25 years in digital product design and software development, I’ve worked with some of the world’s most recognised brands—Vodafone, Disney, BBC, John Lewis Partnership, Tesco, and more—helping them navigate the complexities of digital transformation. From the first iOS game for Club Penguin; Exploring leading edge technologies in retail stores; and Discovering ethical use of AI in the creative industries.
Throughout my career, I’ve seen the same challenges repeat: businesses fixating on solutions instead of problems, delivering features over real value, struggling with misalignment, inefficient handoffs, rising tech costs, and the ever-present challenge of integrating legacy systems with new technologies.
