It started with brick and mortar as a retail store manager in college then took off in the digital sense (data) with America Online. I spent 5+ years with AOL in a variety of posts from product development to marketing & member services fine tuning my data science skills. From there I took those learnings and ventured into many different types of business types like membership models, television, streaming services, CPG, B2B, DTC, startups and fortune 500 brands. I help teams find their successful paths by focusing on key deliverables, building up and working on amazing teams, adapting to new learnings and listening to our data / customers every day!
I have a history of scaling and running businesses from $5MM to $500MM+ (DTC e-commerce - streaming media – CPG – B2B – consulting agency – B&M)
The companies I have been privileged to work for all sell products, have P&L's and are searching for growth. I have done that with high degrees of accuracy with the tools available.
