I am a Certified Executive Coach specializing in supporting individuals navigating mental health challenges in their workplace and personal lives. With a solid foundation as a Marketing Operations Leader for 20 years, I bring strategic insight and leadership skills to my coaching practice, having worked for organizations large and small.
Drawing from my own journey with a diagnosed mental health condition about 10 years ago, I offer a unique blend of professional expertise and personal empathy. This dual perspective uniquely qualifies me to address these issues in both professional and personal contexts.
