I genuinely enjoy building things—teams, markets, and go-to-market strategies. At Carta, I was part of the founding regional team responsible for bringing our US software platform into APAC & MENA. I've successfully launched new offices in Sydney and Abu Dhabi, scaled our sales and partner ecosystem across the region, and consistently delivered commercial results by selling directly to startup founders, VCs, and their portfolio companies.
My experience is anchored in taking global software businesses and localizing their approach—crafting repeatable sales playbooks, identifying the right partners, and collaborating closely with product and marketing teams to ensure strong product-market fit.
Outside of Carta, I chair Women in FinTech at the Singapore FinTech Association, where I champion diverse voices and help build stronger connections in our startup and VC communities.
