I’m a commercial photographer, author, and producer from Detroit, USA. With a lifelong passion for travel, I’ve lived as a digital nomad for over a decade, photographing throughout five continents.
Since 2006, under contract with agencies like Getty Images and Stocksy United, I’ve sold tens of thousands of image licenses to news and media outlets around the world. You’ll find my work used in content marketing, airport advertising, billboards, tourism guides, retail displays, books, and magazines.
In 2012, I founded OnGoingPro, an educational resource for photographers offering workshops and photowalks throughout Europe and Africa. I’ve hosted photography events in Amsterdam, Paris, Madrid, Dublin, Marrakech, Lisbon, and Cape Town with hundreds of international photographers.
Behind-the-scenes I've built a variety of internet startups since the early 2000s, working from my laptop while I traveled throughout the USA before moving abroad in 2012. I've found my niche in travel photography coupled with tourism and hospitality, and love working with locals and fellow travelers from all walks of life.

I've weaved my way through a variety of occupational experiences which have helped me attain a very diverse set of skills that enable me to deliver strong, consistent results. My career started as an 8-year-old entrepreneur by mowing lawns and cleaning pools but I'll jump ahead a bit. Beginning in sales as a fledgling for CompUSA at 15 years-old, my passion for technology has led me through the dot-com bubble and bust with a clear view of our future and the tools that will be used to get there. As the first decade of the new millennium came to a close, I independently consulted in marketing and technological solutions, started and sold my own venture, traveled the world, landed a brilliant wife, and gained a substantial amount of experience in the financial management world. With that said, I wanted more. There's nothing that excites me more than the challenge of learning new skills to add to my toolbox. This urge led me to pick up photography as a hobby and also to pursue an MBA degree. I had a wonderful experience in management for one of the hottest startups in the San Francisco Bay Area, I've earned my MBA degree from one of the most prestigious institutions in the country, and I've had 2 books photography books published worldwide. I'm always looking to be challenged and humbled while leading companies into a successful future.
