A router prompt categorizes queries (OpenAI docs, 10-K reports, web search) to activate specific handlers. OpenAI and 10-K queries use vector database (Qdrant) retrieval and RAG. Web queries utilize a web-access API (ARES). This architecture emphasizes reasoning for intelligent, adaptable retrieval, combining structured knowledge with real-time search to enable complex multi-step logic without external agentic frameworks. By fostering robust MLOps practices and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, I ensure seamless operationalization of models while driving efficiency and collaboration. Entrepreneurial technology optimist with a proven track record from product and business development in senior roles. Over the last 30 years I have worked in Nordic market leaders within Telecom, Media, Music and Venture Capital - overseeing technical product development within music, media, entertainment and the Norwegian Startup Ecosystem. These include Startuplab, TIDAL, WiMP, Schibsted, Telenor and Icon Medialab. As I moved from development through project management and into executive roles I played an active part in the development and delivery of products in emerging categories. Starting from a technological background, I have along the way proved to be equally at home in matters of people and processes as well as product and business development. This has been useful when securing complex partnerships deals with large international companies and when building new teams - or completing challenging company restructuring processes. All of which have been parts of my responsibilities at various stages. As one of the founders of TIDAL and WiMP from the very beginning in 2008, one of my proud moments were when witnessing the re-launch of TIDAL globally after the acquisition by Jay-Z´s Roc Nation. From the inception of WiMP I have been deeply involved in every aspect of the development of the product as well as managing key partnerships with companies such as Telenor, Canal Digital and T-Mobile. As COO and part of the Management Team in TIDAL / WiMP / Aspiro for 9 years, strategic decisions and managing day to day operations were the key to going from an idea to a product launched in 45 countries, successfully competing with Spotify and Apple. After leaving TIDAL in 2016, the last 9 years have been spent working as a COO at Startuplab - buliding the Startup Ecosystem in Norway. Mentoring startups, working with on investment team and running the StartupLab Accelerator and our Incubator. In my private life I enjoy spending time with my family and do a lot of running, skiing, wingfoiling and hunting.
