If you are an entrepreneur who has the courage to do what seems impossible, the insights to credibly connect the dots between the realities of today to the seemingly impossible future, and the ambition to build an enduring business around those insights, the Sequoia Team and I are all ears and willing to help you accomplish those dreams.
At the core, I am an operator fortunate enough to help teams scale three companies from the formidable founding stages to profitable businesses and to successful exits, such as a banner-advertising network (LinkExchange [MSFT]), a voice recognition cloud platform (Tellme Networks [MSFT]); and a customer service company that just happens to sell shoes, clothing, and other stuff (Zappos.com [AMZN]).
I am an applied mathematician and statistician by training, so, in addition to knowing something about bootstrapping startups, I can also geek out on bootstrapping statistics.

Product leader with nearly 20 years of experience building products. I thrive in early stage / highly ambiguous products. I have defined the go-to-market strategy, launched, and scaled multiple platform / marketplace products, going from 0-1 into billions of users and revenue.
I currently lead the Google Store Product and Design teams (30+ org). Previously, I founded Android’s Machine Learning and led Android and Pixel Camera teams. I also launched Daydream (VR product/platform), and was a founding PM of Google Play ($200M->$10B business).
I care deeply about diversity and inclusion and promote an open work environment where all opinions are shared and respected; I mentor underrepresented individuals, helping expand access to product management careers to those who haven’t had the opportunity thus far.
If you are an underrepresented individual looking to break into Product Management, DM me and I will do my best to help.
