I’m currently an Asset Manager at Atlantic Housing Foundation, where I help oversee a diverse portfolio of 47 multifamily properties, including affordable housing, student housing, and LIHTC communities. My role focuses on monitoring performance, identifying risks, and supporting decisions that help our properties and teams succeed. I use financial metrics like Net Operating Income (NOI), Debt Service Coverage Ratio (DSCR), and Net Present Value (NPV) to understand how each property is doing and where we can improve. I’ve built tools and trackers to monitor both deferred maintenance and key financial performance indicators on a monthly basis. These have helped us clearly see which properties need extra attention and start conversations around what it’ll take to get them back on track. What drives me is the chance to make a meaningful impact — not just on property performance, but on the residents we serve. I enjoy working cross-functionally with on-site teams, third-party managers, and leadership to find solutions, support community goals, and keep things moving forward.
