30+ years in Technology Sales and Executive Management My latest venture Wooster Advisors, is designed to help early stage to well established technology and media companies with setting up and growing Sales and Customer Success. As Chief Revenue Officer for Marin Software, I grew revenue from $0-$80 mill and was part of the Executive Management Team that completed a successful initial public offering (MRIN). Joining Salesforce.com in 1999, I was the founding member of the sales organization (15th employee overall). I was responsible for Strategic Accounts as well as building the first ever SaaS sales team. I was at salesforce.com for 4+ years and was a member of the sales organization during the IPO.

Tommy's role in multiple extraordinary hyper-growth teams to contribute to a mobile mission and define the possible has been that of a relentless and disciplined leader in the defense technology industry. In addition to being a leader in the defense technology industry, he currently serves as a Reserve Officer in the US Navy supporting Naval Special Warfare. He enjoys the duty of leading teams that create and execute strategic missions to ensure the success and safety of our military and civilians. He is currently a founding member of the Defense & National Security Mission Operations/Success at HavocAI. Prior to HavocAI, Tommy embarked on a journey to contribute to a noble mission alongside an extraordinary team who defined the possible at Shield AI. He was a member of the business development and mission success team at Shield AI focusing on NSW, USN, and USMC missions leveraging the autonomous pilot to ensure mission success in denied environments. Rewind to 2014, Tommy was a founding member of the GTM team as an individual contributor spanning multiple industries & and territories in North America while also founding the Federal Sales Department during the early days of Rubrik (Pre-IPO). He then joined the ranks of the leadership staff as the Head of Global Mid-Market/SMB sales, Federal AMs, and Renewal AMs. During his time at Rubrik he was a 3x President's Club award winner, 5x True Grit award winner. Before his journey with Rubrik, Tommy was a member of Oracle's enterprise sales organization and a proud Student-Athlete of the USC Trojans. Fight On!
