At Shift: Built the Product & UX organization from scratch to 10 PMs and 4 UX. Large scale applications of machine learning to ensure YouTube can build intelligent, content-aware experiences and understand its users and content. Built and led a small PM team. - Rebuilding mobile in DoubleClick for Publishers. Foresaw that advertising would be multi-screen rather than desktop and mobile, and helped publishers get there. As a result, DFP grew from virtually nothing to market leader in mobile. - Internal innovation. Started two greenfield projects in publishing. Launched people development programs and mentored new PMs. Helped show Google it could turn down Flash. Hacked up an internal tool used by 2000 people at the time I left.
