This is the world of possibility inhabited by strategists, futurists and scenario planners. Always looking 5 years and out I perceptively watch for shifts in technology, patterns, and outliers. I look for pockets of opportunity and uncommon connections. I explore ways for my clients to thrive in situations where others just survive - whether they are multi-nationals, small business owners or GenZ career explorers.
This is a real discussion for me. As a strategist, I watched technology rapidly automating and disrupting steady industries. As a GenZ parent, I wondered what that may mean for career and education choices made by this generation. It is a roller-coaster of opportunity and worry, apprehension and excitement.
