I excel in delivering innovative and scalable solutions using MongoDB, MySQL, PostgreSQL, Elasticsearch, and Lucene-based search. Recently, my focus has been on GenAI, implementing RAG and semantic search applications with Atlas Vector Search. My unique blend of hands-on technical know-how and business acumen allows me to effectively communicate and build credibility with VP and C-level executives. 15+ years of Payments Industry experience in launching Payments platforms, products within banks and financial services across accounts and card rails. Responsible for driving payments, authentication, regulatory strategies and manage teams with a direct experience of working for multiple issuers, card network, merchants & acquirer world wearing multiple hats, both as an individual contributor, people manager and coach across my career span with extensive experience in working in a global setup and liaison with multiple cross functional partners. In my current role at Stripe, I am responsible for driving Authentication Optimisation strategies for Card payments improving conversion rates for Enterprise and large Strategic merchants of Stripe leading into Customer Success. I maintain relationships with major card networks for periodic and regulatory changes from schemes and industry bodies like EMVCo. As part of my role, I am also responsible for providing Authentication SME support to launch auth strategies, help in negotiating deals with card networks with cross functional partners, build issuer relationships and also representing Stripe as speaker at multiple industry events like FIDO conferences, MRC events, Mastercard RiskX Summits, etc. building thought leadership.
