At NGA: secure global networks, storage, compute, cyber technology, engineering change management & contract consolidation. Led Alaska Native ECP growth for DoD and US Intelligence Community. Support 169 engineering changes in 2011 and 2012 (value of $244 million), 104 changes in 2010 (value of $145 million), and execution of 89 changes submitted in 2009 (value of $89 million) for a high-profile global DoD agency. Win and delivery for: HHS NIH CIO-SP3 $20B MAC, TIPSS-4 Unrestricted $4B MAC, TIPSS-4 Small Business, $2B MAC, and GSA Schedule 70 MAC. Oracle ERP Fed Financials & DCAA compliance (2005-2006), BD & capture roles for MAC and GWAC; Veterans Affairs support (2007-2008), HHS IT Operations (2009) 7-year PoP, $200M contract Applications Hosting (FC3), Air Force $350M single award, and AFSPC NSOM big win $400M single award. Big wins in 2020 were a $550M classified bid for a "classified customer" in the IC, $100M extension award (full proposal) for an OCONUS contract for NRO Satellite Tracking, and a $40M Army RS3 MAC/GWAC win and award for a Navy / USMC customer. 3 major must-win bids were also submitted in late 2020, early 2021. The DOE Savannah River Site $21 Billion submitted December 2020 (WIN October 27, 2021), the massive DOE Y-12 / Pantex $28 billion bid (team of fellow Senior Proposal Managers) submitted January 4, 2021 (WIN November 2021), the FAA Environmental $97M win for Atlantic City submitted January 8, 2021 (WIN June 2021).

Crossing multiple disciplines with her practice, Marina Zurkow builds animations and participatory environments that are centered on humans and their relationship to animals, plants and the weather. Engaging audiences using film and video, sculpture, print graphics and public interventions, Zurkow’s work is by turns humorous and contemplative. In 2011 a solo exhibition of Zurkow’s work was featured at the Montclair Art Museum.
