My name is Randy Burton and I am a Recruiting Leader leveraging over 15 years of experience in talent acquisition, having been in a leadership position for the last 8 years. I'm all about helping others, making people smile, and solving problems while enjoying the fulfillment of helping great employers scale their teams creatively and efficiently.
People enjoy working with me because I have a genuine interest, natural curiosity, and high degree of integrity which helps me stand out. I am respectful, knowledgeable, and enjoy making the experience fun for all. While I am a "seller", no one would describe me as "salesy", as I prefer to be consultative in my approach. For me, it's all about providing value to those that need it and being a true partner.
On a personal note, I enjoy spending my spare time with my family, I'm a diehard Seahawks fan, love to BBQ and spend time in or near the water. Also, I am known to play Xbox from time to time, sports and shooter games are my favorite.
