I am passionate about the convergence of technology, business, and social impact, and excited to find a mission with a deep sense of purpose and urgency at Tools For Humanity (TFH). My most recent adventure was taking a two-year sabbatical from my professional career after 13+ years of experience in business operations, entrepreneurship, technology, public health, management consulting. During the time, I graduated from a full-time two-year Masters in Public Health program at Columbia University pursuing my interest in reimagining and innovating to reduce inequities among communities. As a founding team member at GreyOrange Inc., I spent eight years scaling the company to over 600 employees while leading People Operations, Sales Operations, Global Sales Enablement, and Partnerships. I personally hired and onboarded the first 350 employees, translated strategic goals into actionable OKRs, and contributed to achieving rapid growth across all channels and geographies (Americas, EMEA and APAC). My team and I also worked towards enabling the partner eco-system across Sales, Deployment and Customer Support. Also worked as Chief of Staff to the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to support organization design and scale-up during the peak growth phase. Previously worked on Business Development and Key Account Management for Gallup in India and Sri Lanka. Strategic consulting with clients on identifying and resolving issues that hurt Productivity & Growth. Certified Cisco Sales Expert, demonstrated Cisco solutions to APAC customers in various global events and its own Executive Briefing Center. Designed and implemented customer-focused test lab, developed automation tools, and led Beta client engagements and Channel partner trainings.
