Asya Bradley is a multi-exited Serial Founder, Super Angel Investor, LP, advisor and board director in tech startups and emerging fund managers. With over 20 years of experience in tech (founding team @Synapse, founder @Kinly: Acquired by Killer Mike's Greenwood, Cisco alum) and a track record of supporting underestimated founders, Bradley is an experienced investor, operator, and fintech entrepreneur. She is a world traveler, having lived and worked throughout Europe, the Middle East, Asia and now North America. Asya is also certified at the highest attainable level by the Yoga Alliance in Ashtanga Yoga and speaks multiple languages fluently including, amongst others, Dutch, Punjabi and Arabic.

Building a startup is not my original purpose. When I was a university student, I was lucky to be selected into an international volunteer team that helped the Indonesian community build up their basic infrastructure and elementary education. During that time, I had a deep reflection since people who joined this program come from 7 different countries with various higher level education, but yet the positive impact that we used to contribute is our labor force. If we could unlock the power of finance to drive change with the knowledge we learned, we could speed up the progress and make bigger impacts. Several months later, I want to build my financial security with what I learned and avoid conflict of interests in the financial industry. Interestingly, the deeper I learned, the more I realized that the core spirit of personal finance relates to sustainability. It is all about the balance between the future and the current needs. That’s when I started to learn if there was any business model that could unlock positive change. In fact, 2-3 years ago, I worked on a pure individual climate action idea with my friends. We have followed up Aspiration and Commons(Joro) in the USA, and Doconomy in Sweden to identify the monetization methods. However, we did not make it with solid monetization methods. In 2023, with the AI breakthrough in customization, I decided to reorganize our work in the past. Meanwhile, I joined the 18-week ECOTA Regenerative Finance program and met several great people who drive collective climate action. Therefore, my startup journey begins.

Craig Zelizer is a connector, innovator, professor, changemaker, and social entrepreneur with over 25 years of experience in the fields of impact investing, social innovation, and conflict resolution. He is the Founder and CEO of PCDN.global, one of the world’s leading platforms connecting changemakers in diverse sectors to opportunities around the world. Craig is also an advisor, scout, and deal partner for several funds and organizations that invest in pre-seed and seed stage startups that are solving social and environmental challenges, especially in the US and Latin America. He is passionate about supporting diverse and inclusive founders and communities, and leveraging his expertise in online education, networking, and content creation to foster creative social impact. Craig teaches classes on impact careers and social entrepreneurship at Georgetown University, where he served as a professor and associate director in the Conflict Resolution program for over 10 years. He has led trainings, workshops, and consultancies in over 20 countries for organizations such as USIP, USAID, CRS, and Rotary International. Craig is a Fulbright Scholar, a Boren Fellow, and a recipient of multiple awards and honors for his work.
