Justin is an ad tech, advanced TV, CTV, and data expert currently responsible for managing data partnerships and driving data business development across Comcast Advertising in support of identity, measurement, addressability, and more. Justin thrives on facilitating innovation, collaboration, and results with partners, and has had the opportunity to do so many times at Comcast through data enablement with programmers, data licensing, and other initiatives such as managing the corresponding relationships in support of the launch of new devices. Justin has a wide breadth of experience across the advertising and data ecosystem, having started his career in advertising research working with panel-based solutions at Ipsos and Dynata, then migrating to the media and ad tech side where he helped to build out the national addressable linear business at Frontier Communications with DirecTV and Altice. He also focused his MBA studies on data science and modeling techniques in support of understanding the ways data can be fully leveraged. Always eager to work on the "new", Justin has vast experience establishing product market fit with new data products and services, building and growing teams in support of, and managing the corresponding relationships and communication required to drive adoption.
