Adelowo Jephthah is a dynamic and passionate Nigerian youth, a driving force for change and innovation. With over seven years of experience in education, he is committed to transforming learning environments for African teens and children through design thinking, experiential learning, and digital innovation.
Jephthah is also the co-founder and Creative Lead of JED Recycling Initiative, which focuses on recycling plastics and educating the public to curb environmental pollution. His leadership has led to projects that have been internationally recognized, including one by Sustainable Ocean Alliance, placing JED Recycling among the 222 projects worldwide advancing a sustainable environment and promoting a circular economy.
An innovative and process-oriented leader, Jephthah excels at engaging high-level stakeholders and building community partnerships. He holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Electronics Electrical Engineering from Ladoke Akintola University of Technology.
In addition, Jephthah recently participated in high-impact civil-military relations workshops, where he explored how environmental conservation and humanitarian efforts could enhance civilian-military cooperation. His involvement extends further through his leadership in the Sustainable Ocean Alliance Ibadan Hub, where he recently developed an Ocean Awareness Toolkit for high school students.
