I believe and practice design to be a strategic solution, to provide fresh perspectives, culturally relevant, and sustainable future. I combine design and business strategy to create all kinds of services and products.
I use my formal training in Strategic Design and Management to bridge the gap between business strategy and user experience. I interpret user-centred insights, discover emerging opportunities, create new products and services that appeal to the user aspiration and satisfy their needs. Understanding cross-cultural behaviour, values, real-life stories, changing consumer behaviour are some of the areas that inspire me to work in the field of Design, Experience, and Innovation. 
When it comes to building your financial future, I believe that researching your options is the best possible strategy to making an informed decision. Finances are an emotional part of your future well-being, and as your financial advisor, it’s my job to help you make the best decisions possible by sharing my personal knowledge, as well as the support of Edward Jones and its network of resources and thousands of associates.
From the time I was a child, I’ve been fascinated by the concept of investing. While completing my undergraduate degree at the CofC, I turned my interest into a hobby that I studied in my free time. I later pursued my MBA at West Texas A&M University, which furthered my love for finance and planning for the future. Soon, I found myself researching stocks and index funds during my free time while also meticulously maintaining and balancing my personal portfolio. After many conversations with my financial advisor, I decided to apply my skills as a financial advisor at Edward Jones.
Because investments have been a hobby of mine for so long, I enjoy helping people identify goals and create strategies to help reach them. There’s so much information out there, and I’m here to help you sort through it and build confidence that you’re making the right decisions for your personal goals and your future.
With my office located in Austin, I work closely with many members of the Austin community and surrounding areas. I also have clients around the country, including California, Missouri and Arizona. Whether they’re IT professionals, families looking to set up solid plans for their children’s futures, healthcare workers or business owners, the goal of creating a portfolio tailored to reaching their goals stays the same.
My wife, Taylor, and I have three rescue dogs and are passionate about supporting local animal rescues whenever possible. We also enjoy gaming, roasting coffee and creating craft cocktails from what we grow in our garden.

→ I was previously the Head of SEO at AbstractOps, an operating system for the back office. I joined as the 2nd growth hire and worked closely with the founders to scale their organic website traffic by 5X by publishing over 600 pieces of long-form content in less than 8 months.
→ Before AbstractOps, I joined Pareto as their Growth Lead to set up demand generation systems to scale their monthly revenue by 52%. I was previously the Chief of Staff to the CEO of Locale — led sales automation, leading to 200+ sales calls and driving over 200,000 impressions on launch day.
→ In the past, I also co-founded LeanTrack, a digital product design startup helping founders build 0-1 products. Over 1M+ users are using our designs, and we have serviced over 20+ clients in the Indian ecosystem, including some leading unicorns of the country.

Ming was born in Hong Kong and raised in New York City. Ming has over a decade of professional experience across Asia and North America continent, in various sectors across Translation, F&B, Real Estate, and Recruitment. After an accumaltive-7 years of actuarial recruitment experience as a headhunter, he decided to rejoin recruitment with Aureum Partners as a Rec2Rec, combing therapeutic approaches in helping recruiter & search professionals in making better career decisions by understanding their cognitive- thinking model, physiologically.
During his career break, he has started pursuing certification in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) with a deep passion in psychology; his life goal is to make the world a greater place by helping individuals understand themselves better. He is also a mental health advocate in Hong Kong, co-coordinate events with Mind HK and devote his time in numerous of NGO concentrating on social well-being.
His last position was with Meliora as a Manager, leading the flagship desk of the firm and representing it across the entire APAC region in actuarial recruitment. His key client stakeholders are C-suite, partner, and head-of-level where he advises, and help optimizes their hiring strategy.
