I’m a marketer at heart, driven by a love for launching products, defining brands, and creating meaningful connections between people and technology. Over the past 15+ years, I’ve honed my craft at the intersection of culture, design, and storytelling, helping companies—from disruptive startups to global giants—engage their audiences and build lasting trust.
What fuels me is the thrill of making the complex simple. Whether launching a global initiative like Airbnb’s Enhanced Cleaning Protocol (with a 92% adoption rate in six months) or shaping the go-to-market strategy for Impossible Foods, I thrive on creating strategies that not only resonate but also deliver results.
Beyond marketing, I’m endlessly curious about the tools and platforms that shape our lives. From online communities to emerging AI technologies, I’m constantly exploring how we interact, communicate, and discover. I believe in the power of intentional design and thoughtful communication to empower users and inspire loyalty.

I believe that what we do must move people. It should delight and entertain, connect on a cultural level, shift paradigms. And we should have fun doing it. I've been fortunate to help grow some of the world’s most loved brands and am humbled by the recognition - including being named to Business Insider's list of “Most Creative Women in Advertising." However, my biggest achievement is still the passionate teams I’ve had the privilege to instigate, mentor and learn from along the way.

He has held global executive leadership roles in both Europe and America at high growth companies of all sizes in multiple industries. From creative agency institutions like Ogilvy, McCann Worldgroup and Publicis, to the early startup days of Box [late Series B to IPO], Looker [Series C to acquired] and Kespry [series B through C, now acquired], all the way through to the corporate giants like Google. David has also been a marketing advisor and venture partner to multiple startups and several VC companies.
For several decades he has been refining marketing skills that help create cultural and commercial relevance for iconic brands: Google, PlayStation, Mattel (Barbie), LG Mobile, Virgin Atlantic, Ford, Barclays, BBC, Apple, Microsoft, American Express, IBM, Cisco and many more.
He’s been lucky. His work has been recognized by industry leaders around the globe with well over 35 awards for effectiveness and strategic marketing excellence (Cannes Lions, One Show, Webbys, DMA ECHOs). This recognition includes "Brand Marketer of the Year" from the Wall Street Journal's 'Marketers That Matter' for results achieved while scaling Box [NYSE: BOX].
David's favourite part of his journey has been the people. He loves building teams, connections, careers and helping people be pleasantly surprised as they discover what they’re capable of. He’s always looking for where he can help build valuable brands and the next great category Challenger.
